Declaration of Living Identity & Political Self-Identification
Declaration of Living Identity & Political Self-Determination
Willie George King & Stacie Rylander King —as Living Souls
We, Us, I, Me, He/Him, She/Her, Willie George King and Stacie Rylander King, identify ourselves as living conscious souls, a living man and a living woman, known by the names given to us by our mothers and fathers, yet we are NOT the names.
We recognize ourselves as living beings, not lost at sea, and distinguish our living existence from legal fictions, body corporate, government-created instruments, administrative names, assigned numbers, and other designations maintained for identification, commerce, or recordkeeping.
We declare our political self-determination as living American Nationals and Texans, living upon the land and soil on Texas Republic, which we identify with the historical Texas Republic. We maintain that our personal identity, spiritual convictions, and chosen political allegiance are not defined by federal administrative designations or geographic classifications, or by the usage of a Federal Zip code.
We do not voluntarily identify ourselves by the statutory or administrative labels of United States national, U.S. citizen, resident, government officer, government employee, or taxpayer as expressions of our living identity or political allegiance.
We affirm our right to express our identity in our own words, to exercise freedom of conscience, and to conduct ourselves peacefully, honorably, and responsibly toward others.
This statement records our personal and political self-identification. Any formal objections, rebuttals, or notices concerning statutory classifications are presented separately on our Public Notices page.
Living Identity and Recorded Names
We, Willie George King and Stacie Rylander King, recognize and distinguish our Christian names upper-lower style, given to us by our mothers and fathers, from the corresponding names styled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS on birth certificates, Driver’s License, Bank accounts, Commercial accounts, Social Security records, and other administrative instruments.
We acknowledge the existence of these recorded names and associated identifying records without regarding their capitalization or administrative use as the source of our living existence, conscience, or inherent identity. The source of our existence predates all administrative governmental schemes.
We further declare that we assert beneficial interests, Holder-in-Due Course, Paramount Secured Party-Creditor in any trusts, estates, accounts, or other property interests lawfully established for our benefit and associated with our recorded names, subject to identification and verification of the relevant instruments and records.
Our acknowledgment of these records does not constitute a surrender of our living identity or our sincerely held spiritual and political convictions.

Declaration of Nationality, & Political Identity
We, Willie George King and Stacie Rylander King, affirm our declared political identity as living American Nationals and Texans, identifying with the land, history, heritage, and traditions of Texas and America.
We declare our understanding of domicile and political identity through the principles of natural law, individual liberty, freedom of conscience, and the historical traditions associated with Magna Carta, English common law, and the original Constitution for the United States of America.
We distinguish our identity as living men and women from administrative classifications, governmental designations, and legal entities created or maintained for purposes of registration, regulation, taxation, or recordkeeping.
We affirm our stated position that our political identity, allegiance, and domicile are matters of conscience, personal declaration, and the principles we recognize as foundational to our existence.
We further express our position that we are Texans upon the land and soil of the Texas Republic, outside any and all federal zones, and that we do not voluntarily identify with the classifications of U.S. National, U.S. Citizen, resident, or taxpayer as referenced in Title 26 USC § 7701.
We maintain this declaration as a public expression of our political self-identification, beliefs, and intentions, to be read together with the other declarations and notices published on this website.
