Our Allegiance to the Supreme Creator
We, the KING Family, affirm our unwavering allegiance to the Supreme Creator God within, the giver and sustainer of all life. We embrace love, honor, dignity, and respect for all men, women, and living creation, guided by the sacred principle of doing no harm. We recognize the Creator within and seek to awaken the Christ consciousness through love, spiritual awareness, and the renewing of our minds. In accordance with Romans 12:1–2, we embrace the calling to honor life and not be conformed or fashioned after the ways and systems of this world, but to be transformed through the renewing of our minds. Our faith and conscience rest upon the divine presence within, which we honor above the institutions and creations of mankind.
The Sacredness of Life and Natural Law
We, the KING Family, choose to live in harmony with Natural Law — the divine order established by the Supreme Creator, whose breath gives life to all living creation. We recognize life as sacred, conscience as a solemn responsibility, and freedom as inseparable from the duty to cause no harm. We honor the distinction between that which is living by the breath of Creation and that which exists only through the constructs and institutions of mankind. Guided by the words of Christ, that the Creator “is not the God of the dead, but of the living” (Matthew 22:32), we seek to walk in truth, exercise justice with compassion, and preserve the dignity and freedom of living men and women. These principles form part of the spiritual inheritance we intend to preserve for generations yet to come.
Our Guiding Principals
“Accordingly, we strive to conduct ourselves according to the following principles:”
- Love: To treat other living men and women with compassion, kindness, and goodwill.
- Respect: To honor the life, conscience, freedom, and rightful interests of others.
- Dignity: To recognize the inherent worth of every living soul.
- Honor: To keep our word, act with integrity, and accept responsibility for our conduct.
- Peace and Non-Harm: To refrain from knowingly causing injury, fraud, coercion, or unjust harm to others.
- Justice and Good Faith: To deal honestly, fulfill our lawful commitments, respect property, and seek peaceful resolution of disputes.
- Stewardship of Creation: To exercise care and responsibility toward the land, animals, nature, and all living creation entrusted to our stewardship.
- Family and Legacy: To preserve these principles for our children, future generations, and those who come after us.
We recognize that freedom carries responsibility. We do not claim liberty for ourselves while denying the dignity, peace, or rightful freedom of another.
Our understanding of Natural Law calls us not merely to assert rights, but to live honorably in our relationships, agreements, commerce, communities, and stewardship of creation.
Notice of Political Self-Identification and Statutory Classifications
Relevant statutory provisions include 26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(1), § 7701(a)(14), § 7701(a)(30), and § 7701(b), recognizing that We expressly declare that our spiritual identity, conscience, and freely chosen political self-identification are not defined by the statutory or administrative classifications of “U.S. citizen,” “Fourteenth Amendment citizen,” “United States national,” “United States person,” “person,” “taxpayer,” “resident,” “legal fiction,” or “body corporate.”
In particular, when referring to the terms “person,” “taxpayer,” “United States person,” “citizen,” and “resident,” we include their use within Title 26 of the United States Code, the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), and these terms applicable provisions define different terms for particular tax-law purposes.
We do not voluntarily adopt such classifications as statements of our living essence, spiritual allegiance, or political convictions. We distinguish between the identity we declare for ourselves and classifications that institutions may apply under existing law.
We object to coercion, threats, intimidation, misrepresentation, or compelled declarations requiring us to profess a political or spiritual identity contrary to our sincerely held convictions.
We further object to any exercise of governmental or administrative authority under color of law or color of authority that violates the Organic Constitution for The united States For America, Organic Texas Constitution with Bill of Rights, fundamental principles of fairness, due process, conscience, dignity, or accountability.
Our position is that governmental and administrative systems should serve living men and women through lawful, accountable conduct rather than diminish their inherent worth.
Liberty, Responsibility, and Our Declaration of Intent
We honor the principles of Natural Law, the historical protections associated with Magna Carta and English common law, and the foundational constitutional ideals of liberty, due process, limited government, and accountability.
We seek to live peacefully, honorably, and responsibly, respecting the lives, property, conscience, and freedom of other men and women.
We stand upon our convictions without claiming authority over the conscience or identity of another.
This declaration serves as public notice of our sincerely held beliefs, spiritual allegiance, political self-identification, and objection to compelled representations of consent. It does not assert that personal declarations alone determine or change citizenship, nationality, residency, tax liability, or other classifications established by applicable law.
We affirm that our measure of honor is not merely what we declare, but how we live: with love, respect, dignity, perseverance, integrity, and goodwill toward all living creation.

Our Allegiance to the Supreme Creator
We acknowledge the Supreme Creator, God, as the source of all life, Divine wisdom, truth, and love. To the Supreme Creator alone we pledge our first and highest allegiance, recognizing that our spiritual existence, conscience, and moral responsibilities are grounded in Divine creation.
We affirm our commitment to live consciously, renew our minds, seek truth, exercise discernment, and conduct our daily affairs in accordance with Divine principles. Our allegiance is expressed through love, integrity, compassion, personal responsibility, and respect for life.

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
We embrace the renewal of the mind as a continuing spiritual responsibility, guiding us toward greater understanding, wisdom, and conscious alignment with the principles of the Supreme Creator.
Our Family Foundation
The King Family foundation is established upon love, unity, truth, honor, integrity, individual liberty, personal responsibility, and respect for the inherent dignity of every living man and woman.
We embrace the enduring principles of natural law, the historical liberties expressed in Magna Carta, the traditions of English common law, and the foundational principles of the original Constitution for the United States of America. These traditions inform our understanding of liberty, freedom of conscience, private property, due process, individual responsibility, and the importance of principled conduct in all human relationships.
We recognize the family as a fundamental institution of society, grounded in mutual affection, voluntary association, cooperation, and the responsibility of each individual to act with honesty, fairness, and good faith.
